5.You will be able to advertise your business on CIMG's network free of charge. From time to time, we will run advertising campaigns for our affiliates. The time and scope of such campaigns will be determined solely at CIMG's discretion and based on availability of advertising space and/or time.
6. Your web site's advertising power and value will equal that of CIMG's entire combined affiliate group. Advertising business that you procure independently from CIMG could be broadcasted across the entire CIMG network.


There are certain requirements that a company or individual should meet to qualify as a CIMG affiliate:
1. Your web site must not contain any material that is profane, foul, offensive, obscene, unlawful or violate the rights of another party.
2. You must be able to demonstrate that your web site has at least 1,000 visitors per month. If you don‘t have the tools required to validate your web site usage, we will do that for you free of charge.
3. You must provide the space on your web site that we need to display advertising messages. The space must be the exact size and location as required.
4. You must not directly or indirectly through a third party compete against us. However, you may still seek and procure advertising business independently from CIMG. In fact, we encourage our affiliates to do so. Advertising originating from one of our affiliates can be broadcasted across the entire CIMG network.
